Delivery and Returns
When making a return in store or online
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings can only be returned to our website if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging.
Earrings bought instore cannot be returned
Online Orders and Returns
You can return unwanted items purchased online up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund.
If you need to return an item please enclose your name, email, order number and reason for return. Please ensure the item is in full resaleable condition, with tags or labels attached where applicable.
You will need to cover the cost of the return. Once we receive and check the item, we will then issue a full refund for the value of the product only.

Items purchased online can also be returned to our store for a refund, Just show us your order confirmation email as proof of receipt. Only the value of goods purchased will be refunded or we can issue a credit note to use instore.
In Store purchases
Any unwanted goods purchased in our store may be returned (as long as they are in resaleable condition) and we will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note. Please retain your proof of purchase and make sure you return it within 30 days. Please keep tags or labels attached where applicable. Refunds will only be given on defective items.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer goods act.
