I am currently renovating my entire flat, it’s been 4 years of dreams and saving up. The last 2 years have consisted of over 1000 emails and phone calls, planning permission, listed buildings planning, freehold consents etc etc…. then Covid…. BUT I am 7 weeks in now.

 

It’s a great big flat but configured really badly so the architect phase was great fun, redesigning the space while keeping all the features and enhancing them.

So now I get a lovely big kitchen diner, not a pokey kitchen as before and most importantly all my 3 boys have a bedroom each and 2 bathrooms (THANK THE LORD), this will stop so many rows.

I am very happy with how its all going but living in a building site for 5 months is testing me already, teenagers have probably not noticed the difference!!!!!
